When you submit an enquiry, we receive:

• your email address; and
• the information you voluntarily write in the enquiry field about what is getting in the way.

When you visit the website, our hosting and security infrastructure may also process ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and server logs. We do not currently use website analytics or advertising trackers.

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

• respond to your enquiry;
• understand what you may need help with;

• keep appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

Resend delivers enquiries from the website, Zoho Mail supports our business email, and hosting or infrastructure providers deliver and help protect the website. These providers process information under their own service and security arrangements.

We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, safety or the security of the website.
