Via Nova AI is a small, founder-led business. When you work with us, you work directly with the person responsible for the work. You are not handed off to a junior, a call centre, or a faceless account manager.
We focus on beauty and wellness businesses because we understand the operational realities: the admin pressure, the follow-up challenges, the no-shows, the after-hours work that wears owners down. We would rather be genuinely useful in one industry than superficially available to all of them.
What we believe
The problem comes first
We do not start with a product to sell. We start with your problem and work toward the right answer. Sometimes that answer involves technology. Sometimes it does not.
Success should be defined before building
We agree what a better result looks like and how it can be measured before any work begins. Vague promises are not enough.
Honesty over a sale
If we do not believe we can genuinely help, we will tell you. We would rather lose a project than sell you something that does not improve your business.
Curiosity about your business
We ask questions because we genuinely want to understand how your business works, not to tick boxes on a form. The better we understand your situation, the better our recommendations will be.
Where we are headed
